preprocessing of CMU site from ABIDE-I dataset
Dear all,
When I preprocess the CMU site from the ABIDE-I dataset, after registration or normalization, the functional image of all subjects disappears and I can't extract timeseries. Do you know what's the reason? or Do you have any suggestions for solving this problem?

You don't mention what software you used, so I can't assist you.
However, you can download preprocessed ABIDE 1 datasets from the below link

I used spm12 for preprocessing of all sites from ABIDE-I and ABIDE_II, and just i got such error for CMU site.
