I am currently using the automatic neuron tracing plugin for 2D binary images.
I was wondering if there is a way for me to modify the code or a parameter to pass on to have Vaa3D to trace the neurons with the shorter node distance.
The distance is 10 pixels (I think the unit here is a pixel), but I wonder if I can have the nodes to be 1 pixel apart.

Please let me know if any of you know how to do this!
