Slice Display in Second Level Analysis
Hello,
I'm trying to analyze my fMRI data, using the seed-to-voxel option in the second level analysis.
After pressing "display results" for a certain ROI, a window opens, where I choose to look at the "standard settings for cluster-based inferences #3: Threshold Free Cluster Enhancement"; specifically using the the "slice display".
Can anyone tell me what do the values of the bar in that view represent? These values are very high and I couldn't find a relevant explanation for it.
Thank you in advance,
Mor

Slice Display in Second Level Analysis
> Hi,
If the tool that you are working with is CONN, then it might give you the number of voxels in each cluster .

RE: Slice Display in Second Level Analysis
Hi Mehrnaz,

I am using CONN, however, as seen in the screenshot I have attached, the bar presents both positive and negative values.
Hence, I don't think it is the number of voxels in each cluster.
Do you have another idea perhaps..?

Best regards,
Mor
