Missing ROI Values with Surface-Based Analyses
Hello,

I am currently working with a dataset that I would like to do surfaced based analyses on using CONN's standard pipeline. However when I get to the first-level analyses, only a handful of ROI's have any signal, and the rest of the ROI's have no signal. These results are consistent across all participants, so ROIs that have signal will have it for every participant, and ROIs that have no signal will show blank betas in the design matrix of every participant.

I've checked prepossessing QA plots and functional/anatomical co-registration and do not see any issues with alignment. The anatomical FOV captures the entire brain, and the functional FOV only excludes small portions of the dorsal frontal cortex and the occipital lobe, so most ROIs that have the signal issues should be detected. Furthermore, volume based analyses yield normal and expected results, so the issue is exclusively seen with surfaced based analyses.

Any help on resolving these issues would be appreciated. Thank you.
