NPM missing when installed on Mac OS
Hi all,
I have tried to install the newest version of MRICron many different ways to be able to some some voxel-based imaging analysis. However, the tutorial guide I am using requires NPM which did not install when I downloaded MRICron and I cant seem to get it to install any other way.
Any suggestions or has anyone else had these problems?
Thank you!

RE: NPM missing when installed on Mac OS
NPM has been replaced by NiiStat
https://www.nitrc.org/plugins/mwiki/index.php/niistat:MainPage
or you could also use PALM
https://github.com/andersonwinkler/PALM
While I am happy that MRIcron has proven popular and stable, be aware that my active development has moved to MRIcroGL, which is able to leverage the capabilities of modern computers.
