Extract adjacency matrix with only significant connections
Hello there. I'm using the online NeuroMArVL app to display my
adjacency matrices that I generated after NBS detected group
differences in my analyses. I noticed that the connectogram can
display just the nodes with connections but the brain image cannot
- it displays all 246 nodes. I think the only way around this is to
generate an adjacency matrix in MATLAB that matches the exact
number of connections. Is there a way to do this? Many thanks,
Liam.

RE: Extract adjacency matrix with only significant connections
Hi Liam,
I'm not sure what you mean by generating an adjacency matrix with the exact number of connections. However, it is certainly possible to retrieve the matrix of significant connections from NBS and then you can manipulate as needed for any further visualization. The manual provides a worked example of retrieving the set of significant connections.
best,
Andrew
