SDM executing:Failure in FWE correction
Dear sir,
We are undergraduate students from China. And we meet some troubles when using sdm software(version6.21).
We have tried many times on different equipments to execute the FWE correction of sdm, but it shows the same error: "terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc' what(): std::bad_alloc" .
And the the number of studies we include in the analysis is 79, with 1379 participants. And we are now having troubles when finishing the mean analysis and on the way of FWE correction.Every time we comes to the null distributions, the error came up.
What's more,we are a bit confused about the default number of imputations(50) and permutations(1000).Can we slightly change it and what's the consequence for our changes?
Last but not least,we have heard from the forum that the FWE error may not appear on your older versions(v6.21),but we can't find this version on your official website.I'll be really appreciate if you could send me the older version or its download link.
