Dear gPPI experts

I am currently trying to run a gPPI analyses on our data using a wrapper for 46 subjects. While the gPPI runs and estimates without producing any errors, there are no con images created after the gPPI has been estimated.

After some troubleshooting and multiple retries of the Script, the outcome unfortunately has not changed. The paths to the directories are specified correctly, as well as in the GroupDir variable. Commenting out the GroupDir variable did not resolve the issue.

The Contrasts of interest have been specified according to the gPPI examples in the manual. CompContrasts is set to 1.
I also included all the tasks in the same order as they are listed in the firstlvl SPM.mat under Sess.U. I also tried including only the tasks that are necessary for building the contrasts, however the issue still remains.

Any input towards solving the problem is kindly appreciated.
