Upload whs-sd-atlas to zenodo in a different format ?
Hello!

I am developing a section to atlas registration tool (https://biop.github.io/ijp-imagetoatlas/). So far this tool is only compatible with the Mouse Allen Brain atlas CCfv3. I would like to make it compatible with other atlases, in particular with a Rat atlas.

To make this convenient in ImageJ / Fiji, I need to convert the current whs-sd data to a multiresolution file format, and also, ideally, I'd like to make the reformated data accessible in Zenodo, a bit like what I did for the CCFv3 (https://zenodo.org/record/4486659#.YX_gZ...).

Is this allowed and ok for you ? I will follow the citation policy you provide (https://www.nitrc.org/citation/?group_id...)

Of course if you find that I do not acknowledge you properly, please let me know and I will edit the text in the Zenodo record.

Please let me know if that's possible.

Best regards,

Nicolas

Dear Nicolas,

We are happy to hear that you are interested in the Waxholm Space atlas of the Sprague Dawley Rat Brain. Please feel free to re-share the atlas on Zenodo in the format you need, just remember to follow our citation policy.

Best of luck with your development,
Eszter
