Hope you have a nice day. I am working on a PCASL data analysis whereas I got the absolute cerebral blood flow images from my predecessors but without the original PCASL images. My quest is to find a network or brain connectivity from these CBF images. I have searched several toolbox including CONN and NBS, but those toolbox require a GLM analysis from fMRI. I am wondering if there is any way to do a connectivity analysis with CBF images.
