I am writing a paper using gretna.
I want to find within module degree z score after setting sparsity threshold 0.25. However, it seems that gretna does not support the corresponding metrics. Although there are modular interactions, I would like to analyze them at the regional level.
Therefore, we want to use within module degree.
But, It seems that brain connectivity toolbox is not able to get the within-module degree z-score while specifying the threshold.
Could you give me some advice on how to get the within module degree z score after fixing the sparsity to 0.25?
