Creating mz3 files from T1 anatomical images
Hi Chris,

I'm familiar with the nii_nii2atlas.m code to convert a .nii atlas to a .mz3 file. Does code exist to convert e.g., a t1 anatomical image in MNI space from .nii to .mz3? It would be fantastic to render nodes/edges/maps on each patient participant's brain. I'm thinking specifically of the stroke.mz3 file that's made freely available with surf ice. Thanks in advance for your help.

Choose "Convert voxelwise volume to mesh" from the "Advanced" menu.
