FMRI dataset: coordinates for one subject's anatomical appear rotated
Greetings everyone,

I have a dataset I'm running a simple GLM on in SPM. I have a problem with one of my subjects: the dimensions of the anatomical scan seem to be rotated. All of my other subject's dimensions are 208 x 256 x 256. Subject 9's dimensions, however, are 256 x 256 x 208. Opening the image in SPM, the brain seems to be pointing in the same directions as the other anatomical scans, and yet the dimensions appear to be rotated. I've attached the image for reference.

Does anyone know, is there a way to transform the anatomical so that the coordinates are aligned with the other subjects?

Thanks so much!

Lauren
