2nd level batch analysis from individually analyzed subjects
Hi,
I was wondering if it's possible to run only 2nd level analysis from individually analyzed subjects (upto 1st level analysis) in one go?

Hi,
Yes, you may run 2nd-level analyses on any arbitrarily defined/created 1st-level analysis data using CONN's GLM module, see https://web.conn-toolbox.org/resources/glm for details
Best

Thanks for the response, that was really helpful.
Now suppose i have 5 subjects I have performed analysis on using CONN and another subject that was analyzed separately (using CONN). Can I run 2nd level analysis on those 6 subjects together using CONN?
