I'm a newbie using the brainnet viewer, so any help is welcome. I'm having trouble finding the spatial coordinates that correspond to the ROIs of the IBSR atlas (internet brain segmentation repository), ie the .node file of this specific atlas. thank you in advance.

The code BrainNet_GenCoord.m can help to generate node files from a atlas nii file.
