How do I extract the masks out of a nii file?
I am opening an MRI image, and adding overlays on it. I want to
extract those areas within the MRIs where the base images and the
overlays overlap.

For MRIcoGL the steps are Draw/Advanced/Mask Image/Preserve regions
with VOI, and after that you save the mask, File/Save Volume.
Right?
