Alpha release of SpineSegmentation module
The SpineSegmentation module for automated segmentation of the spine in MRI images has now been released! Note that this is an alpha release. Any requests or comments are welcome at .

Download instructions:

- choose a username and register on NITRC
- follow the 'Source Code' link on the left column of http://www.nitrc.org/projects/sylvainpro...
- copy the svn command line in your terminal and paste it in your terminal
- replace 'username' with the name you chose when you registered on NITRC

Build instructions:

- first build 3DSlicer (follow link 'For Developers' at http://slicer.org)
- create a directory SpineSegmentation-build
- type /CMake-build/bin/cmake
- after SLICER_DIR type the
- type 'c' until you see 'Generate' in the lower menu of CMake
- type 'g' and exit
- type 'make' in your terminal
- copy all files in lib/Slicer3/Plugins/ to /lib/Slicer3/Plugins/

Hi Sylvain,

I am running 3D slicer on Windows; and using Tortoise SVN for checking out the source code. However, the server repeatedly gives me a 403 error (Forbidden) when I try to access the repository.
Please advise,
