FWE correction: Error message halfway through analysis
Hi! I have a question about why the FWE correction analysis stops
midway through with an error message? Attached is the Execution Log
for my FWE correction analysis. Thank you for your help!

Hello Emily,
Could you tell me how many subjects has the study with the smallest sample size?
Kind regards,
Lydia

Hi Lydia!
Thank you for your response! I was able to resolve the problem by decreasing the number of threads that I was using to run the FWE correction analysis. Thank you!
Best wishes,
Emily

Dear Lydia
I encountered a "terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::bad_alloc' what(): bad_alloc" error while running the FWE. I suspect this is due to insufficient memory. I have a total of over fifty .txt files and am performing 1000 permutations. Approximately how much memory would be required to run this?
Best regards,
