isssues loading image stacks above 1Gb
Hi folks, I'm having trouble getting any image stacks that are
about ~1Gb to load into Vaa3D. Is there a plugin or setting I have
to change to be able to load them? I can load them into other
programs.
I am getting the error message:
Error in Read_Stack:
Out of memory
edit:
I'm using a machine with
GTX 1070 8Gb
64 Gb RAM 3200
i7 8700K
Thank you for your help,
Shane

Hi Shane Simo!
I think you can use the TeraConverter in Vaa3D (below the advanced menu) to transfer your 1Gb image data to terafly format, then it will be easily to visualize and analyse your data in Vaa3D terafly.
