I am new user of Vaa3D and want to try image registration plug-in but there is no manual available. Is there any instruction for that plug-in?
I want to do registration of brain slice picture to brain atlas(tiff stack image).

I checked the link and think that tool is for 3D image to 3D atlas registration?
Actually I only have 2D pictures as experimental data.
So, I would like to manually select one 2D image out of 3D atlas for target 2D picture and apply registration.

if you want to do registration of brain slice picture to brain atlas, you may need to stitch your 2D images to 3D, you can refer to this link (https://www.nitrc.org/forum/forum.php?th...).

And iif you have more registration problems, you can contact with our fellow zhixi Yun (yunzhixi98@gmail.com) ,who is much more familiar with brain image registation.
