.bvec file not created
Dear Community,
I have been exploring dcm2niix for the past few days. Right now I am trying to convert dicom files of diffusion MRI in NIFTI format. The files are getting converted properly but only .bval file is generated and .bvec files are not generated. When I searched the issue, I found that the problem didn't happen with dcm2nii but happened with dcm2niix. So I tried installing only dcm2nii but in Mac the application is not opening.
could anyone help me with this?
Thank you

RE: .bvec file not created
I can not explain why dcm2niix would create bvec files and not
other images (assuming sufficient disk space and file permissions).
Could you
1. Ensure you have the latest version:
https://github.com/rordenlab/dcm2niix/releases
2. Provide the output from dcm2niix when you run
dcm2niix /path/to/DICOMs
3. If step 2 fails with the latest release, you can also get verbose feedback:
dcm2niix -v 2 /path/to/DICOMs
