Hello everyone,
I am relatively new to MRS data processing and am just wondering if there is a way to view non-edited spectra via Gannet processing software. The Gannet processing modules do not appear to out put anything of this sort. A past lab member did write a script that produces some figures of MRS spectra but I cant confirm if this is indeed unedited myself. i have attached a jpg of a single participants output from the script mentioned earlier. Any help identifying if this indeed non-edited or if anyone knows how to view non-edited it would be greatly appreciated. In case it matters we use a Siemens scanner which outputs .dat files for use with Gannet. Thanks in advance for any help received
