mosaic IRMf
Dear all,

While trying to convert fMRI files from DICOM format to NIFTI niix format with MRIcron I received this error message: "Warning: 0008,0008=MOSAIC but number of slices not specified: "
Our images were acquired by a Siemens Prisma device (methodology enclosed).
I need your help to know if there is a way to convert the mosaic images back to a 4D file via MRIcron or another software without having to go back to the Siemens source files?
I have consulted a similar topic https://github.com/rordenlab/dcm2niix/is... but I could not find a solution.

I thank you in advance for your help

RE: mosaic IRMf
I assume the Prisma is running VE11, not XA30. It sounds like some anonymization tool removed the CSA header from your DICOM files. The CSA header contains a lot of crucial details about your sequence

I suggest you check the provenance of the DICOM files, and determine what tool removed your sequence details. You can always export your DICOM files directly off the scanner console to avoid these issues.
