Export/create subject-specific local correlation maps
Hi Alfonso and CONN experts,
After running all the steps from preprocessing to second-level analysis, is there an option to export/create nifti files of subject-specific maps of local correlation (instead of the whole-group average map)?

Hi Tamir,
Yes, when you run first-level LCOR analyses in CONN, in your project results/firstlevel/LCOR folder the files named BETA_*.nii will contain those subject-specific local correlation maps for each subject
