Produce a separate 3D image for each time point in FSL FEAT first level analyses
Dear FSL FEAT users
I have a 4D fMRI time series for each subject. This time series is made up of lots of different types of events - e.g., correct response, error response. I want to create a separate 3D image for each event (e.g., correct response) in FSL FEAT at the first level, so that I can then merge all the modelled 3D images into a timeseries (e.g., correct response timeseries) to do follow up network analyses. If have dozens and dozens of timepoints for each of the events, so it is not viable to model each time point with a separate three column format file - the FEAT GUI simple wouldn't manage when trying to set it up.

Is there a way, using the three column format method (or another method), of doing this in FSL FEAT at the first level - or is there something I can do on the files that come out of a regular FSL FEAT first level analysis? Many thanks, Liam.
