Dynamic Functional Connectivity on more than one run
Hi all,

I am quite new to dFC analyses using CONN and I was just wondering if it is possible to compute dynamic functional connectivity analysis adding more than one functional run within the same subject always maintaining the same sliding windows dimension.
I tried with 6 functional run within the same subject but it came out only one matrix output, referring to an average among the runs, I guess.
There is a way to compute dFC analysis on every single runs? Could you help me?

Thank you!

RE: Dynamic Functional Connectivity on more than one run
Hi Eleonora,

Yes, simply start by defining run-specific conditions (i.e. one "rest" condition per run), and then select the temporal decomposition option to break these into their corresponding sliding windows

Hope this helps
Alfonso
