Preprocessing peculiarities
Dear CONN experts,
lately I have been running resting state connectivity analysis with 13 subjects using 300-volume BOLD data, previously B0 unwarped with FSL (applytopup, using blip-up/blip-down images) and a non-brain extracted T1 image.
However, the registration included in CONN seems to result in some asymmetry of the intracranial volume, which can be seen as in the attached screenshot. The error is similar among all subjects.
This issue does not occur if I use the extracted brains from the T1 images only, which also then produces complete different second-level results.
Does this sound familiar to anyone? Any help would be much appreciated!
Thank you and cheers,
jc
