Hi everyone! 

We are using CONN on a resting state study of 2 groups. As recommended previously in the forum:

1. We selected the two groups and between subject contrast [1,-1]
2. Our condition was rest
3. We selected all the MVPA measure (1 to 4) and chose the effect of each one of them seperately (between measure contrast 1 0 0 0 and then 0 1 0 0 etc.)
4. The resulting blobs were exported and used as seeds in post hoc seed to voxel analysis. 

We would like to take into account the effect of few behavioural covariates (change in mean reaction times), what would be the best way to set this up in the RESULTS section (we already imported the covariates into 2nd level covariates in the Setup).
