CAT12: problem ROI analyses comparing 4 groups
Hi all,
Currently I'm using CAT12 to perform VBM/SBM and ROI analyses on data of a cross sectional study, comparing 4 patient groups with 20 patients in each group (i.e. control, recurrent low back pain, chronic low back pain and fibromyalgia). When I try to run the ROI analyses there is a problem when comparing the 4 groups.
I am using a full factorial model with a F-contrast to analyze the main effect of group (i.e. eye(4)-1/4). I get an error in Matlab as below.
Loading files ..................................................................................
Unable to perform assignment because the left and right sides have a different number of elements.
Error in cat_stat_analyze_ROIs (line 402)
Pcorr{3}(defined_measure) = p_tissue;
I was hoping anyone here can help me.
Best, Jaap
