Error in preprocessing
Dear developers,
I just read your paper on this new meta-analytical method, and I would like to use it for a met-analysis I'm planning to run.
I was going through the tutorial, and I stopped already at the pre-processing for the following error:
$ D:/SCI Meta-analysis/SdmPsiGui-win64-v6.22/bin/windows64\/sdm_parse.exe pp gray matter, 1, 20, gray matter, 2
$ D:/SCI Meta-analysis/SdmPsiGui-win64-v6.22/bin/windows64\/sdm_parse.exe pp gray matter, 1, 20, gray matter, 2
$ D:/SCI Meta-analysis/SdmPsiGui-win64-v6.22/bin/windows64\/sdm_parse.exe pp cerebrospinal fluid, 1, 20, cerebrospinal fluid, 2
$ D:/SCI Meta-analysis/SdmPsiGui-win64-v6.22/bin/windows64\/sdm_parse.exe pp white matter, 1, 20, white matter, 2
My feeling is that there is a problem in the folder navigation (there is a \ and a / together), but I don't know how to change it, because the path in the Tool/Preferences/Core binaries is set automatically after I navigate the folder. Of note, I am running SDM on Windows 10.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you very much

RE: Error in preprocessing
I reply to myself because I already found the problem.
The folders should not have spaces in their names!
Thank you very much,
Giuseppe
