[CAT 12] Longitudinal Segmentation - how to view the changes in the brains
Hi experts,

I am new to CAT12 and am currently working on a project that involves 3 groups of subjects:
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorders
  • Healthy Control
The project requires each subject to attend MRI appointments 3 times, which aims to see the changes of grey matters, white matters, cerebrospinal fluid, and region of intersts over time.

Would somebody let me know how to view the volumes of each segment at each time point, instead of averaged segments? Hence, see the changes between time points for each subject?

Attached file is the report that I have now. How do you interpret the results from it? Much appreciated if someone can help out here!

Application that I am using:
  • MATLAB 2022a
  • SPM12
  • CAT12
P.S. unfortunately, I cannot see the correct report as generated by longitudinal segment of CAT12 due to my computer does not really capable to work heavy duties.

Thanks in advance.

Frankly,
Krystal
