Looking for brain MRI T1 and FLAIR images
Dear,

I am currently developing an algorithm for segmenting white matter (WM), gray matter (GM), and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in FLAIR images.

Can you recommend any datasets that contain T1 and FLAIR images with a similar resolution for me to use?

I will segment the T1 images using SPM or Ants Atropos and compare my algorithm with thes segmentations.

Thanks in advance.
