I need help. 

I am currently doing conjunction analysis, and I am not clear what neg and pos in threshold refer to, and what Z>2.56 and Z<0 in the result description refer to. For example, when I applied the threshold of 0.05 to pos_uncorrp in the conjunction analysis, a significant result of Z<0 was obtained. What explains this result?
