Subjects' background information needed
Hi,
I have download some fmri data (released in Dec. 2009) from fcon 1000. But I can not find subjects' related information. Are they health subjects or patients with epilepsy for example? I appreciate anyone's help to answer this question. Thank you!

RE: Subjects' background information needed
All subjects in the fcon_1000 (Dec. 2009) are healthy controls,
except for the subjects in NYU_ADHD.tar (these are participants
diagnosed with ADHD).
In the future more phenotypic data will be released on those subjects through the INDI project (retrospective, all fcon_1000 data will eventually move there). Additionally new datasets are released through INDI that will include full phenotypic data. This will also include participants with ADHD, other disorders might be included as well.

Thank you for your answer.
I have downloaded the NKI data from INDI, but there are only 6 subjects. Will you release more data through INDI recently?
Thanks,
Haiqing

RE: Subjects' background information needed
Haiqing,
The NKI/Rockland sample is currently in acquisition, at a rate of 5-10 participants / week. Consistent with our prospective data-sharing model, our goal is to distribute data for 5-10 participants per week, as we continue acquisition over the course of the next year.
So, yes, each week there will be new deposits of data for the sample available via INDI.
Hope that helps.
Best,
Mike

RE: Subjects' background information needed
Hallo,
I would like to know if in 1000_FCP project details about previous mental health history could be found. In particular I am interested in remitted depressed people, thus I am wondering if this kind of information has been requested during the assessment.
Thanks
Best
Igor

RE: Subjects' background information needed
Hi Igor,
unfortunately we do not have this information available at this time. However, with the build up of the INDI sample this information will be there for at least some contributing sites. If I'm correct, the NKI/Rockland sample has Depression information available. You can find all measures included for NKI/Rockland here

Hope this helps,
