how to visulaize covariance ellipsoids

could you please explain me how to get the covarinace ellipsoid via command line and which file I have to load onto my surface for visualization.

You can use KWMeshVisu.
And the command line have to be : KWMeshVisu [--mesh Meshfile [--scalar 1dfile] [--vector 3dfile] [--ellipsoid 9dfile]]
