Is there way to export the pixel intensity in the line profile plot, i.e. position along the line, pixel values in 3 channels (screenshot attached)?

isn't it a text file is automatically saved to display the profile?

If not, since you have the src code, you can easily add the saving function after the computation. I will be happy to patch it.

Or, you can submit a request for feature in the tracker forum, and we can follow up there, but may take a while as we are adding other features right now.
