Hi everybody,

I'm running the scripts but I keep on getting this error:

** program exits via safety timer **

The scripts still continue though. The only link I can find with google points to AFNI, but without any further explanation; it happens at different timepoints in between, and also after the script has finished these error messages continue (see the last arrow in the attached screenshot).
Can anybody help me with this?

Hi Carsten,

that seems like a weird error indeed. Especially because it continues after the scripts finish. Googling I came to the same link as you, maybe you can ask on the AFNI board and see if they can help you?

many thanks for your answer! On the AFNI message board I got the answer:
so I guess (and hope) its nothing to worry about. The script continues and the output looks good so far.
