Problem interfacing with WFU_PickAtlas ver 3.
Hi everyone
I am using bioimage suite 3 in Ubuntu 10 and I downloaded WFU_PickAtlas. I set up the environment var WFUATLASDIR to the folder where I downloaded the atlas however on loading teh atlas bioimage suite complains that cannot find it but it shows the folder I defined inside WFUATLASDIR. Whast should I do to make it work? Any advise .
Thanks for your assistance

Problem interfacing
with WFU_PickAtlas ver 3.
The hardcoded path is /usr/local/wfu_pickatlas and it points to the
contents of the atlas, i.e.
Where the README.txt file is and where the MNI_atlas_templates directory sits.

RE: Problem interfacing with WFU_PickAtlas ver 3.
Hi dr Xenios
I have placed the atlas folder in the default location:
/usr/local/wfu_pickatlas/
I made sure the folder MNI_atlas_templates is content there
But the application cannot find the atlas yet. Any idea what coukld be the problem.
I found the piece of code in pxitclefuatlasgadgettcl that confirms your statement of the default directories, but is not clear why the atlas is not loaded. I noticed the atlas is expected in Analyze fromat while is provided in nifti format. I found a folder called Legacy which has the analyze version of the atlas but when i placed in the expected folder an error was generated:
invalid command name "1,"
invalid command name "1,"
while executing
"1, 2"
(object "::pxitclatlasgadget::pxitclwfuatlasgadget0" method "::pxitclwfuatlasgadget::LoadAtlas" body line 90)
invoked from within
"::pxitclatlasgadget::pxitclwfuatlasgadget0 LoadAtlas "
invoked from within
".pxtclobj11.pxitclatlasgadget0_0.pbar.l invoke"
("uplevel" body line 1)
invoked from within
"uplevel #0 [list $w invoke]"
(procedure "tk::ButtonUp" line 22)
invoked from within
"tk::ButtonUp .pxtclobj11.pxitclatlasgadget0_0.pbar.l"
(command bound to event)
Any suggestion?
Thanks again
Magno

Interesting. What version of Ubuntu are you on? Does the "internal"
Broadmann atlas work?
