I could not find any log file
Hi my name is alexis machado
When i lauch a pipeline with PSOM and qsub on the BIC server, the program say me I could not find the log file. This pipeline has not been started yet? press ctrl to cancel. It deos not stop ( usually it append 4 times and the job are submitted)
Any Idea ?

Hi sorry i found the solution.
The psom_gb_vars with the good qsub option was not in my matlab path.
So problem solved
