single file for parameters
has anybody created a single file for acquisition parameters and
slice order? or are these images available in their anonymized
dicom format on an xnat server somewhere?

Hi Satrajit,
no, such file or dataentry does not exist as far as we know.
For the INDI data, we have provided single pdf files for each sequence that we release data for.
For the 1000 Functional Connectomes Classic collection there is and xls file that contains these parameters. That file does combine all sites' parameters. You can find that file here: http://www.nitrc.org/docman/view.php/296...
