Hi every1!

I'm trying to do some very basic VOi analysis of SPECT images. I'm currenyly using object maps with three different volumes. I register SPECT images with template and run VOI Volume / Stats computation from object map dropdown menu (transform window in brain register). This way I can get some statistics like mean, std, max and volumes. But I would like to have bit more like sum of voxel values and min values.

The Question is: Can I have more statistics of VOI some how? if yes, please help me out. I can do some coding so I'm not afraid to dive deep in to the program.

Foolish me!

Of course I can get sum of voxel values, but how about min value... also it would be nice to do some simple calculations with the values.

We don't have min value unfortunately programmed in. You should be able to get max value though, so multiple your image by -1 and try again.
