CC200 in ADHD-200 Preprocessed website
Hi there,

Sorry for the previous stupid question.

I found this great parcellation work while I was joining in the ADHD200 competition.
Because lacking of time in the competition, I directly use the cc200 atlas published by Cameron Craddock in the ADHD-200 Preprocessed Data website.

file named "ADHD200_parcellate_200.nii.gz" in ADHD200_CC200_TCs_filtfix.tar.gz,
download from http://www.nitrc.org/frs/downloadlink.ph...)

I find the parcellation can perform better results than the classical AAL atlas not only in the competition but also in my other researchers. Now I am writing papers and want to cite your excellent work.

However, I want to know that can I directly use the ADHD200_parcellate_200.nii.gz parcellation in my work?
Furthermore, can you kindly provide the parameters of how to build the ADHD200_parcellate_200.nii.gz? So that I can cite them in my paper.

I think it is a good idea to promote this great parcellation method if you can provide more ready-to-use templates in this website.

Best regards,

Che-Wei

Hi Che-Wei,

Can you please tell me how to download the ADHD200_parcellate_200.nii.gz file. From the link you have provided, I am only able to download the ADHD200_CC200_TCs_filtfix.tar.gz file.

Thanking you in advance,
Soumya.
