Dear all, 

After downloading the WFU PackAtlas toolbox and setting the path in Matlab, there's a problem to start the toolbox. Any help and suggestion will be highly appreciated.

System: Ubuntu 11.10
Matlab version: R2011b
SPM version: SPM8 (4290)

"WFU_PickAtlas_3.03_UPdate_for_Matlab_2011b.tar" was downloaded and extracted, which resulted in three folders under /spm8/toolbox: wfu_pickatlas, wfu_results and wfu_tbx_common.

When I chose "wfupickatlas" from Toolbox list in SPM, the following error message was displayed:

Undefined function 'wfu_LOG' for input arguments of type 'char'.

Error in wfu_pickatlas (line 15)
  WFU_LOG=wfu_LOG('ERROR');

Error in spm (line 934)
    evalin('base',xTB(i).prog);
 
Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback

  The WFU_PickAtlas_3.03_Update_for_Matlab_2011b.tar is a patch file for an exsisting 3.0.3 installation.  Please first download the full program by registering/downloading from http://fmri.wfubmc.edu/download.php
