Which publication is the Evans, AC set from
Hello all,
I was wondering which publication(s) the following dataset is based on:
ICBM (Evans, A.C.; n = 86 [41M/45F]; ages: 19-85; TR = 2; # slices = 23; # timepoints = 128)
I would like to find out more about the participants' illnesses, cognitive test results, and so on.
This information doesn't seem to be listed anywhere on the website (it may be included with the download, but it hasn't finished for me yet).
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

Dear Igor,
AS far as I know, the only publication that has used (a subsample of) this database is :
P. Bellec[/b]; P. Rosa-Neto; O.C. Lyttelton; H. Benalib; A.C. Evans, Multi-level bootstrap analysis of stable clusters in resting-State fMRI. Neuroimage 51 (2010), pp. 1126-1139

All participants were screened to be "healthy". I will contact Dr Rosa-Neto (who performed the data collection) for a more detailed description of the protocol.
I hope this helps,
Pierre

Hi,
Is there any different conditions between rest1-2-3? What do they mean? How can we separate runs from each other ?
