overlay fMRI and PET
Hi,
I usually create an image overlay using PET results on a structural MR (t1), producing an F2 map of PET results. I have recently started creating F2 overlays of fMRI results as well. Is there a way in BioImage Suite to overlay both PET and fMRI results onto the same structural MR such that each result (PET, fMRI) is a different color?
Thanks!
Sandy

overlay fMRI and PET
Sandy,
This is not trivial unfortunately. We have played with some tricks using color blending but I can't honestly say I was ever happy with the results. One option is to extract an iso-contour surface from one modality (e.g. PET) at some threshold and then display this surface together with the overlay of the other modality.

Thanks, Xenios. I will give that a try!
