You have a couple of choices -- so long as the overlays are
registered with the anatomy. The easiest way if the number of
lesions is small you can create an overlay in BrainRegister (Load
anatomy on left, lesions on right and use "Registration->Create
Overlay" to merge the overlays on the anatomy (Set the lower
threshold to 1). Then save this overlay image (.nii) and load it
into the electrode editor (You will need to change the colormap to
see the colors (most likely press "F2" on the bottom right corner
of the viewer). If that does not work let me know and we can try
some other tricks here. [ Another option is to convert your lesions
to surfaces -- load the lesion image in any viewer and then use
Features/Surface Control/Extract Objectmap to create a surface mesh
for the labeled lesions. Save this (Surface control) as a .vtk file
and then load it into the electrode viewer's surface control and
display at the same time as the electrodes.

RE: loading VOIs
Thank you very much. The first option is working for me.
