No Display of Tensor
Hi,
I still have a problem with the Diffusion tool.
When I try to display the Tensor (in the top menu of tensor analysis: Display -> Tensors) the programm crashes with the following error message in console:
Generic Warning: In /agrino2/src/bis3_base_build/vtk52/Filtering/vtkFieldData.cxx, line 991
vtkFieldData::GetComponent was deprecated for VTK 5.2 and will be removed in a future version
All the other tools work well

No Display of Tensor
The warning is not the issue here -- it is just a warning. What
type of computer are you running this on? It may be more of a
graphics hardware issue than a BioImage Suite problem.

I have a LenovoT420, Graphic card: NVIDIA Corporation GF119 [Quadro
NVS 4200M], running with Ubuntu 12.04

Not sure what the issue is to be honest. Do things like FA maps
come out OK? How big is the underlying data set?
