fail to process in ubuntu
Dear Dr. Cui:
PANDA is a great pipeline tool for us. But we have some problem for it.
When we used PANDA in mac and ubuntu, the program monitor table just show "wait" and the processing is not run. After we run com.apple.atrun.plist as you suggest, PANDA work well in mac, but still not run in ubuntu. We also tried to chmod the permission, but not work.
The program environment is :
ubuntu 10.04 LTS 64bit
PANDA 64bit for linux
Matlab R2010b 64bit
FSL 4.1.9 centos5_64
the attachment is our logs.
Best wish
Yu

RE: fail to process in ubuntu
Dear Yu,
PANDA uses 'at' command to open a maltab and run jobs in background.
In mac, we use 'sudo launchctl load -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.atrun.plist' to enable 'at' command.
Then, PANDA will work well in MAC.
As your log files indicated, maybe your 'at' command in Ubuntu 10.10 is not enabled.
Please open a terminal and input 'at', then tell me what is output.
Best,
Zaixu

RE: fail to process in ubuntu
Dear Yu:
This is strange. I don't know why from these information.
I have added your qq.
We can discuss in the qq. Maybe I need control your computer remotely.
PS: I haven't tested it in Ubuntu 10.10, you can upgrade the Ubuntu to 12.10.
Best,
Zaixu
