Statistic problem with PANDA
Dear Zaixu,
Since I've finished TBSS process in PANDA, I'd like to do statictical analysis with TBSS results. However, there are only individuals' FA_skeletonised files in standard space filefolders, and no 4D image file like "all_FA_skeletonised" in FSL to be fed into voxelwise statistics.
I want to know if I can merg all the individuals' FA_skeletonised files into one 4D files to perform statistical analysis by fsl commands. Will there be any problem? Or do you have any other simpler approach?

Best regards,

Jie

RE: Statistic problem with PANDA
Hello Jie, thanks for your question.

Yes, you can use "fslmerge" to merge all the individual *_skeletonised.nii as a 4D image that can be directly applied as the image input of "randomise" of FSL.  At this moment, you will have to do this separately by yourself, but PANDA may add this merging function in the future version.

Dear Dr. Gong,

Thanks for reply! I've performed statistical analysis according to your suggestion.

Hi Zaixu,
In my case, after TBSS processing, there are no individual skeleton nii.gz images under standard_spaces (see attachment).

RE: Statistic problem with PANDA
Hi, Yawu,

It's strange, if you select 'Apply TBSS' in the Diffusion Opt GUI, there should be individual skeleton in the standard space folder.
If you want to do TBSS statistics, the file you need is 4D file in the TBSS folder under the resultant folder.

And I think you can use the TBSS utility to calculate the individual skeleton.

RE: Statistic problem with PANDA
Sorry, maybe you can download a new PANDA on the website.
Maybe there is something wrong with the PANDA you used.
