In my 8-cpu MacPro (SGE is not installed yet), I encountered error message like below.

       The first step 'dcm2nii_dwi' is failed.

        The input of PANDA has a certain rule, are you sure your input is correct.

       
        The error message in CalculateJobStatusMain.loginfo doesn't matter. 
        
         You can get the error message from the variable 'dcm2nii_dwi_00001' in 'PIPE_logs.mat' fle.

         
        See from the error message, maybe your input is not correct.

         Please make a description of your input organization.
